With its creamy froth and bright citrus notes, the Citrus Fizz is a perfect balance! This mocktail proves that non-alcoholic drinks can be just as exciting as their boozy counterparts. Ingredients:

• 2 egg white

• 1 oz maple syrup

• splash of grenadine

• 2 oz lemon juice

• 4 oz orange Juice

• 4-6 oz Malabar soda water

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker, except for the soda water, and use a hand frother to froth the ingredients with the egg white.

• Add ice and shake!

• Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water!
